1. Who we are

Inward Journal Smart AI Diary (“Inward Journal”, “the App”) is published by Enterprion Tech (WLAZLYTEAM SP Z O O). This policy applies to the Android application available on Google Play and related support communications.

2. Journal data on your device

Core wellness journal features store information locally on your device, including mood, energy, stress, sleep, hydration, activity, emotions, tags, notes, optional voice note files, and derived scores or insights calculated from your history.

• We do not require an account for normal use.
• We do not provide mandatory cloud sync for journal entries.
• Deleting entries in the App or uninstalling the App removes local journal data from that device.

Support emails you send us may include your email address and message content. Please do not include sensitive journal content in support messages unless necessary.

3. Advertising & Appodeal

The App may show ads (including banner, interstitial, or rewarded formats) through the Appodeal mediation platform and demand partners connected by Appodeal. Advertising helps keep the product available.

Appodeal and its partners may collect and process personal data such as Advertising ID, IP address, device information, and ad interaction data in accordance with their own policies.

• Appodeal may present a consent / privacy choices dialog (CMP) where required by law (for example in the EEA/UK).

Depending on your region and consent choices, advertising partners may process:

• Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID)
• IP address for security, fraud prevention, approximate region, and compliance
• Device & app technical data such as device model, OS version, app version, language, and network type
• Ad usage events such as requests, impressions, clicks, and rewarded completion
• Approximate location derived from IP (not precise GPS for advertising)

You can typically reset or limit your Advertising ID in Android settings (Google → Ads / Privacy). You may also use platform tools such as My Ad Center where available.

4. Voice, speech model & local AI

• Microphone - used when you start a voice check-in to record audio on your device.
• On-device transcription - after you download a speech model, voice can be transcribed locally. Recordings are not sent to our servers for transcription.
• Speech model download - an internet connection is needed to download the speech model file once (or when you choose another model). That download fetches a model file; it does not upload your journal entries.
• Local analytics - trends, Holistic Wellness Index, correlations, and insights are computed on your device from your stored history.

5. Device permissions

• Microphone - to record optional voice notes / voice check-ins.
• Internet / network access - to download the speech model and to serve ads via Appodeal.
• Advertising ID access - for personalized or non-personalized advertising under applicable rules.

6. Legal bases & retention

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, processing may rely on:

• Consent - for personalized ads / certain tracking, via the CMP where required.
• Legitimate interests - app security, fraud prevention, and operating ads monetization in a privacy-respecting way.
• Contract / service delivery - providing journal, voice, and insight features you request on your device.

Local journal data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Ad and device identifiers are retained by us and/or partners only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and dispute resolution, then deleted or aggregated.

7. Sharing with third parties

We may share data with:

• Appodeal and mediated ad networks / measurement partners for advertising;
• Infrastructure providers hosting this policy website;
• Authorities when required by law.

Journal entries, notes, and voice recordings are not uploaded to Enterprion Tech for cloud storage as part of normal App use. Categories of data that may be disclosed in connection with advertising include IP address, Advertising ID, and device/app technical data. Please review partner policies for details.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is not intended as a “designed for families” / COPPA-directed experience. If you believe a child provided data to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

For journal data on your device, delete entries in the App or uninstall the App. For ad privacy choices, use the in-app consent / privacy options when shown, and your device ad settings. To exercise rights with us, use the contact details below.

10. Health disclaimer

Inward Journal is built for reflection, habit awareness, and personal wellness tracking. It does not diagnose medical or mental health conditions and should not replace professional healthcare advice.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
